The Parish Office is now shifted to the classroom next to the grotto.

The entry is from the main road by the side of the Church.

​​​​​CHURCH REPAIRS

Our Church repair works are going on. We appeal for your generous contribution. Our Parish Representatives are sitting outside the Stone Hall and also at the Cross Maidan to accept your donation for repairs of the Church by cash or cheque before and after the Mass as also for your advertisements towards the souvenir.

Donation Box towards Church repairs is also placed near the Altar of the Church premises as well as Cross Maidan.

Your generous contribution towards repairs of the Church will be

of great help and support.  Your kind contribution can be made by cash or cheque in name of "Church of Our Lady of Dolours" along with copy of your PAN card at the Parish Office.

Donation Box towards Church Repairs marked as “Your Donation for Church Repairs” has been placed near the Altar as well as in the Parish Office. You may visit the Parish Office with your donation to drop in your cash / cheques in this box.

​​​​​Beginning 03rd November 2025

we will not be having our services here in this Church due to commencement of repairs. We will be having our Church services at the St. Xavier’s High School in the stone-hall, ground floor till completion of Church repairs. Our daily Mass schedule will be as follows :

MASSES AT ST. XAVIERS SCHOOL

Sundays :In Konkani - 8:00 a.m. and 

                  In English   - 9:00 a.m.

                  followed by Catechism class in the same premises.  Kindly note -

                  There will be NO EVENING MASS ON SUNDAYS.

Weekdays :In English - 7:00 a.m. and   

                                          7:00 p.m.           

                 except on Fridays there will be no evening Mass at St. Xavier’s School.

MASSES AT CROSS MAIDAN  

Every Friday at 6:30 p.m. as usual.

Meditating on the Way of the Cross helps us to contemplate on the

Passion of Christ.

Way of the Cross in English conducted by each community every Fridays

at 6:00 pm at the Cross Maidan followed by Mass at 6:30 p.m.

On Sundays, the Way of the Cross will be in Konkani conducted by the Lectors

at 4:30 p.m. at the Cross Maidan followed by Mass and Passo Service at 5:00 p.m.

ELECTIONS FOR COUNCIL MEMBERS

will take place in April 2026. The Voters List of our Parish for election of Parish Council Member has been displayed on the Notice Board.

All Parishioners above the age of 18 years are requested to kindly see the Notice Board for your names.

In case your name does not appear in the list, please notify the Parish Office with your documents latest by 14th March 2026.

Parishioners who wish to stand for election for the post of Coordinator and Joint Coordinator for their respective Community who accordingly will be part of the Parish Council member - are requested to kindly give their name in the Parish Office latest by 15th March 2026.

Elections for the same will be held in April 2026.

SOUVENIR FOR RAISING FUNDS 

for the repairs of the Church will be released soon.

Masses for the month of April 2026 will be accepted from 9:30 a.m.

Only during Lent season, we will be accepting one intention for 5:00 p.m. Mass to be held at Cross Maidan.

Multiple intentions for Wednesday and Saturday evening will be accepted from

19th March.

of Veronica, Sermon in Konkani and veneration of statues.

Sonapur proudly presents LUMINA – A Night Under the Stars - a special fundraiser event to be held from 5:00 p.m. onwards at St. Xavier’s College, Fort.

This evening is open to both parishioners and non-parishioners.
