The Parish Office is now shifted to the classroom next to the grotto.
The entry is from the main road by the side of the Church.

​​​​​CHURCH REPAIRS
As you may be aware, we will soon be starting with the repairs of our Church. Your generous contribution towards repairs of the Church will be
of great help and support. Your kind contribution can be made by cash or cheque in name of "Church of Our Lady of Dolours" along with copy of your PAN card at the Parish Office.

Donation Box towards Church Repairs marked as “Your Donation for Church Repairs” has been placed in the Parish Office. You may visit the Parish Office with your donation to drop in your cash / cheques in this box.

​​​​​Beginning 03rd November 2025
we will not be having our services here in this Church due to commencement of repairs. We will be having our Church services at the St. Xavier’s High School in the stone-hall, ground floor till completion of Church repairs. Our daily Mass schedule will be as follows :
MASSES AT ST. XAVIERS SCHOOL
Sundays :In Konkani - 8:00 a.m. and
In English - 9:00 a.m.
followed by Catechism class in the same premises. Kindly note -
There will be NO EVENING MASS ON SUNDAYS.

Weekdays :In English - 7:00 a.m. and
7:00 p.m.
except on Fridays there will be no evening Mass at St. Xavier’s School.

MASSES AT CROSS MAIDAN
Every Friday at 6:30 p.m. as usual.
​​
The Blessed Sacrament Chapel (Prayer Room) will be closed from 03rd November 2025 till the completion of repairs.​
The ​Parish Office will be shifted to the classroom next to the grotto from Monday 27th October 2025 with the same timings.

HOLY HALF HOUR
Due to repairs of the Church - From November 2025 onwards - we will not be having our Holy Half Hour Adoration service on First Fridays of the month till completion of church repairs.

On basis of the above new Mass Schedule we will be accepting Masses for the month of January 2026 from 9:30 a.m.
Only one intention on a particular day per family will be accepted.
Multiple intentions for Wednesday and Saturday evening will be
accepted from 18th December 2025. Please bring exact change.

Catechism Classes
Today is the last day for Catechism Class on account of Christmas holidays and
will re-open on 04th January 2026.

Christmas Eve
there will be no mass in the evening.
Carol singing by our Parish Choir will be at 11:30 p.m. at St. Xavier's School
followed by Christmas midnight Mass at 12:00.

Masses will be at 8:00 am in Konkani and 9:00 am in English.
There will be NO EVENING MASS on Christmas Day.

is the last date to add names or make corrections to your election cards as the Maharashtra Government has announced the Municipal elections to be held on 15th January 2026.
All eligible parishioners are requested to register at the earliest as it is our responsibility towards our nation.

FEAST OF THE HOLY FAMILY OF NAZARETH
As we celebrate the Feast, we pray for all families in our parish.
May our families be understanding and accepting like the Holy Family of Nazareth and always keep Jesus as the centre of our family life.

FESTIVAL OF FAMILIES
is being organised by Snehalaya Family Service Centre at Our Lady of Velankanni Shrine, Bhatebunder, Uttan, to mark the closing of the Jubilee Year.
All families are invited to be part of this joyful celebration. Please register by 6th December 2025. For registration, please see the Parish Notice board.

JUBILEE PRAYER
We will be regularly saying the Jubilee Prayer and also Prayers for the Repairs of the Church.
Both the prayers are placed in the Hymnals as well as on the pews.
These prayers will be recited on Saturdays evening Mass and on Sunday at all Masses.

PARISH STAR & CRIB COMPETITION
Judges will be coming around from 5:00 p.m. onwards to judge the competitions.
All those who have registered their names are requested to make themselves available at their homes.

RETIREMENT
of our office staff Johnny D’souza who completes 70 years and will be retiring from this December 2025.
We thank him for the services he has rendered to our Parish all these years.

There will be no mass in the evening.
There will be Holy Hour at 11:00 p.m. in this premises followed by New Year’s midnight Mass.
All are invited for the Parish Thanksgiving Adoration to thank the Lord for all blessings received in 2025.

we celebrate the Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God.
Masses will be at 8:00 am in Konkani and 9:00 am in English.
